Biography

Amirhossein Rajabi is a Ph.D. Candidate in Sport Management, researcher, sport manager, and national team wrestling coach. His academic and professional activities focus on advancing sport management through evidence-based research, strategic planning, governance, innovation, and sustainable sport development.

His research interests include sport management, sport governance, sport development, strategic planning and management, sport event management, leadership and ethics in sport, innovation, emerging technologies in sport, and research methodology. His work aims to bridge the gap between academic research and professional practice by developing practical, evidence-informed solutions for sport organizations and decision-makers.

Alongside his academic career, he has extensive experience in executive sport management and high-performance coaching. His professional background includes leadership roles in sport organizations, strategic planning projects, national and provincial competitions, and coaching responsibilities at provincial and national team levels in freestyle wrestling.

His long-term vision is to contribute to the advancement of sport systems through applied research, innovation, strategic leadership, and evidence-informed policy-making while strengthening the integration of scientific knowledge and professional practice.
